Teaching Methods

Lectures. Multiple Case Study of Organizational Assessment and Intervention. Problem solving. A case will be presented in which evaluation and organizational intervention is required, which will be discussed and resolved under supervision in small groups and collectively.
Continuous evaluation: Task 1: Each group of 2 or 3 students will have to solve a case of intervention request, deciding the relevant evaluation process, the adjusted intervention design, the evaluation of the intervention and the communication of the intervention to the different publics. The report delivered by each group is discussed individually with each of the students who developed it. Task 2: Written test focusing on all program content. Each of the two tasks will have a weight of 50% in the student's final evaluation.
Assessment by exam: Written exam focusing on all program content (100%).

Assessment

Continuous evaluation: Task 1: Each group of 2 or 3 students will have to design an intervention proposal, deciding the relevant evaluation process, the adjusted intervention design, the evaluation of the intervention, and the communication of the intervention to the different public. The report delivered by each group is discussed individually with each of the students who developed it and with the organizational staff if applicable. Task 2: Written test focusing on all program content. Each of the two tasks will have a weight of 50% in the student's final evaluation.
A requirement for admission to the ongoing assessment is the presentation of a minimum of 5 reflections relating to articles that report organizational interventions (or analysis of models, types, and methods of intervention) discussed in class.

Assessment by exam: Written exam focusing on all program content (100%).
