Teaching Methods

Theoretical: expository methodology based on Ausubel. Practices: active methodologies, exercises, field activities (observations, interviews), research, articles analysis, literary excerpts / films, role-playing, debates; presentation and discussion of the works. Assessment: 2 group works; 1 individual written test. The works consists of: 1) an in-depth study of an Intervention Program and its critical analysis; 2) the characterization of a context of professional activity of a Psychologist and the elaboration of a project to respond to identified needs. Written and oral presentations: for each one, two self-assessment forms are carried out: individual and group and global. Final grade results from the average of the 2 works, added to the grade of the written test divided by two. Students with 75% attendance in the practical classes and 75% attendance in the theoretical classes are exempt from the written test. In the examination regime the 2 assignments are individual
