Sustainable Development Goals

Learning Goals

The general learning objectives promote the development of speculation and experimentation skills (critical observatory and laboratory digital artifacts).
The knowledge, skills and competences developed at a high level of complexity and apply in processes of investigation and experimentation in interaction design (IXD).
a. Being able to try out several research itineraries to explore new situations, particular interaction environments (IxD) and user experience (UX);
b. Knowing to question and be able to find the answers;
c. Knowing to transform information into knowledge;
d. Being able to understand and interpret the social and cultural phenomena of transformation; e. Being able to experiment with new concepts of interaction and evaluate your chance;
f. Prepare to be innovative.

Contents

The knowledge, skills and competences to be acquired are developed to a high level of complexity and will be a reflection of learning, whose pedagogical strategy focuses on interaction design (IxD) and interface design (UI), focusing on the innovative concept and user experience (UX).
Syllabus oriented to subject(s) and project(s) to develop: 1. Research in interaction design;
2. Innovation in future scenarios;
3. New realities and trends;
4. Micro-niches with high potential opportunity; 5. Interaction Lab.

Teaching Methods

Are privileged the active methods to enhance the involvement, interest, analysis and critical capacity of students through participatory exhibition, discussion, individual counseling and practical teamwork, exploration and simulation cases, viewing and discussion of videos, resolution concrete problems, viewing other relevant iconographic material and lessons in context.
The assessment value the process and the results of each student according to the criteria set out in the statement. The evaluation process is designed so that monitoring and tutorial at the different moments of presentation/evaluation be constituted as a discussion of the key moments of the work, in order to validate the proposals to correct any deviations from the defined objectives and skills to be acquired, considering that the process trial and error is an integral part of learning.
