Learning Goals

Provide students with knowledge and experience that allow them to understand the basic principles and techniques of photography. To train students to be able to plan light schemes for different types of image. Be able to produce a production briefing. Provide technical knowledge on how to produce images for new media and image pu-blishing on digital platforms.

Contents

- Deepening of skills in the field of Photography, using different tools such as mobile phones, DSRL machines and taking advantage of low cost production elements.
- Notions of light and shadow
- Resolution for printing and digital publishing

Teaching Methods

Classes will be based on the sharing and discussion of theoretical and practical knowledge, promoting the development of exercises. Promotion of debates on themes transversal to the learning process and presentation of case studies using audiovisual and physical supports.
The assessment is continuous and will consist of the presentation and guided discussion of intermediate results.
The intermediate evaluation of the student's performance will be done through the analysis of exercises where he will apply the acquired knowledge.
The final evaluation is based on the analysis of the final results of the work developed and presented by the student.
Attendance: 10%
Intermediate Rating: 50%
Final Evaluation: 40%
The evaluation is continuous with intermediate evaluations and, at the end of the semester, the final evaluation in a Jury model.
