Contents
Study (and subsequent public presentation) of specific works of the instrumental/vocal repertoire (Interpretation), excluding orchestral excerpts
Jazz specific instrumental practice (and subsequent public presentation) (Jazz)
Organization of complementary activities (thematic seminars, public presentations, valorization, extension and communication projects), when pertaining.
Specific bibliographical revision.

Teaching Methods
Definition of the individual program and bibliography, according to the student's profile, by the teacher.
Individual lessons based on an interactive teaching methodology, including commentaries, exemplification, suggestions, feedback, reinforcement, practices of formative evaluation and self-evaluation, detailed indications concerning the work to be done in autonomy until the next lesson and respective planning.
Organization of complementary activities (auditions, seminars, master classes, etc.)
Evaluation:
- definition and pondering of continuous evaluation parameters concerning the student?s participation, assiduity, performance (in autonomy, in the classroom and in complementary activities), progression - 25%
- public exam before a jury, consisting on a musical performance of about 30 to 40 minutes (Interpretation/Jazz), including a minimum of three contrasting pieces in the former case - 75%.
