Course Overview
Interprofessional communication is essential to ensure safety, quality, and continuity of healthcare, especially in clinical contexts characterized by organizational complexity and the demand for shared decision-making. This course aims to promote a collaborative and reflective approach to teamwork, valuing active listening, recognition of different professional roles and knowledge, and co-construction of decisions. Through strategies such as role-play, simulations, and case analysis, participants develop communication and relational skills adapted to real situations, fostering healthy work environments, patient-centered practices, and the improvement of care quality and safety.
