Teaching Methods
This course, supported by the MedTech-Next Project, included the use of advanced technological resources, namely digital environments and technological platforms applied to training.
In module 1: Expository and self-learning method, using the Metacognitive Training for Depression manual and watching videos.
In module 2: Metacognitive Training sessions will be simulated for people with depressive symptoms using the course teaching materials (PowerPoint presentations with practical exercises and homework).

Assessment is continuous, and students must attend contact hours and complete the required activities.
