Teaching Methods

Active methodology focused on the trainees' needs. Initial expository method. Theoretical-practical approach involving the presentation and discussion of experiences lived by trainees, analysis of videos and texts, with the premise of problem-based learning (PBL). Role-playing moments will also be conducted in the context of communication strategies and conflict management, as well as group dynamics exercises led by the trainees.

Assessment

Continuous assessment:
An individual assignment to plan a group dynamic (40%) and a group assignment (2 elements) consisting of making a video in which the trainees will use communication strategies of their choice to manage a conflict situation in a clinical supervision context (60%).
Students who do not obtain a mark equal to or higher than 9.5 on a scale of 0 to 20, or who do not opt for continuous assessment, will be subject to assessment during the normal period and the appeal period, in accordance with the Academic Regulations in force at the UÉ.
