Teaching Methods
The pedagogical methodology used in this Curricular Unit includes the use of advanced technological resources, namely, digital environments and technological platforms applied to training and simulation.
It will be an active methodology in order to stimulate student participation and creativity. Expository method for the theoretical component. Demonstrative method of the techniques covered. Skills training with feedback, in relaxation sessions planned and guided by the students.

Assessment
Written test for the evaluation of knowledge (50%), assessment of planning and execution of a relaxation session selected by the student (50%).
