		     The purpose of this UC is to provide students with a space for reflection, analysis and application of the most current approaches to issues related to adult qualification processes and pathways.

Teaching Methods
		  		      The course work includes three components:
(i) Theoretical: presentation and analysis of course content, using the method of exposure and demonstration;
(ii) theoretical-practical component: field work, preferably in a real context, presentation of work in the context of the classroom, reflection / discussion documents and texts:
(iii) mentoring component: individual work sessions between students and teachers in working hours to set.
The process of learning evaluation will take into account the quality and regularity of the work produced by students and result in the provision of written and / or carrying out of practical nature, namely:
(i) Written test-to-face;
(ii) critical review of a work which will include a list for distribution to students;
(iii) Practical work (two individual and one group).
