Course Overview

The Master's study plan promotes critical reflection and the speculation of ethically committed visions of the future, focused on the student's scientific and professional autonomy, actively contributing to the collaborative development of new knowledge and skills strongly grounded in the exploration of project methods and scientific research.

Career Prospects

The Masters in Design will be able to integrate Research and Technological Development (R&TD) teams in project processes with industry, ateliers and services, as well as to incorporate scientific research teams in the areas of Product Design, Communication Design or in related areas. On the other hand, there is also the possibility of qualifying for access to other branches of post-graduate training, at the 3rd cycle level, or to functions that may require higher training, namely in teaching at different levels.

Specific Entry Requirements

Applicants must hold a bachelor's degree or legal equivalent in the areas of Design, Arts, Architecture or Engineering.
