Course Overview

This study cycle is intended to deepen the skills already acquired in the 1st cycle and also to respond to the necessary qualification for the exercise of landscape architecture defined by national and international entities. This master's degree seeks to train professionals in a specialized and broad way (in the ecological, cultural, technical and aesthetic areas), covering a wide range of types and scales of projects related to the use of landscape and the design of open space. This cycle of studies corresponds to an increase in competences, the autonomous elaboration and coordination of Landscape Architecture Projects, as well as the collaboration in studies of Environmental Impact Assessment of projects, plans and programs.
These professionals will be qualified to communicate clearly and to evaluate critically, as well as to define strategies, prepare opinions regarding plans and Landscape Architecture projects and develop knowledge in a research context in Landscape Architecture.
