Teaching Methods
This course will use a student-centered teaching methodology, seeking to develop the skills provided through experimentation and application. In the first phase of the course, the contents will be applied among the students, who will experience as evaluators and athletes the different methodologies of blocks 3 and 4. Based on the information collected, balance and reflection sessions will be created for the development of blocks 1 and 2, as well as the preparation of projects to present the different results by different groups of students block 5. After this first phase, data collection projects will be prepared in the community, above all in the local sports clubs where the students are connected in the internship curricular units, for the definition, application and analysis of a methodology for the evaluation of performance by the students, in groups, which will be used as the main evaluation task.
Assessment
The evaluation will focus on the practical application of the contents covered. It will be divided into two areas: the session tasks, which will have a continuous character and will be proposed by the teachers during the classes; and the final evaluation task, which will be applied in the community, in articulation with other curricular units that the students are attending, such as internships in sports clubs. In this task, the form of data presentation will be increased, according to block 5. The weightings will be as follows:
Final Grade = Session Assignments x 40% + Final Assessment Assignment x 60%
Final Grade = Session Assignments x 40% + Final Assessment Assignment x 60%
