Course Overview

The growing food production with the concomitant growth of waste and by-products makes it imperative to improve the efficiency of production systems. Nowadays this is possible, through the improvement in the use of production factors and the implementation of technologies that allow waste and by-products (surplus) to be given a new life through their valorization in the most diverse forms.
