Summary

This project aims to study both theoretically and experimentally the agglomeration and deposition of particles under acoustic and electric fields, and several degrees of air humidity. To address this, we will make use of classical and recent advances in theory (Bejan 1998), as well as experimental techniques. The results may yield critical information needed to development of new models and for optimising the removal and agglomeration. It is envisaged that to present better strategies for reducing/improving particle agglomeration and deposition according the needs.
