Main objective | The Research Centre in Education and Psychology of the University of Évora (CIEP-UE) hosts forty integrated researchers and ten collaborators. It began its activity in 2007 and since then has been conducting research and building knowledge in the fields of Educational Sciences and Psychology, particularly Educational Psychology. Above all, it has been transferring this knowledge in a very close relationship with the community and educational institutions in the region, primarily promoting, through ethnographic and action research methodologies, the improvement of schools and formal and non-formal education, and promoting inclusion, development, and well-being of individuals and their circumstances.

Summary

A operação visa reforçar e modernizar a infraestrutura científica do Centro através da aquisição de equipamentos avançados de neurociência e rastreio ocular, nomeadamente o sistema Starstim® tES-EEG e os Tobii Pro Glasses 3, com o respetivo software de análise. A aquisição permitirá ampliar as capacidades experimentais e metodológicas do Centro, apoiar o desenvolvimento de investigação interdisciplinar nas áreas da psicologia e educação e promover a utilização partilhada dos equipamentos em diferentes projetos. Espera-se, como principais resultados, o reforço da capacidade científica e tecnológica, o aumento da participação em projetos e redes de investigação nacionais e internacionais e o incremento da competitividade científica do Centro. _____________________________________________________________________ **INVESTIMENTOS:** Tobii Pro Glasses 3, e do software Tobii Pro Lab | Bionic Iberica S.A.
