Course Overview
The Master in History trains students with a solid theoretical and methodological background and with the ability to enter the labour market, whether in teaching, scientific research or cultural activities. It has a highly qualified teaching staff, integrated in several R&D units, funded by FCT (CIDEHUS-UE, CHAIA-UE and the CEHFCI IHC NOVA FCSH).
The students' academic path is closely monitored by the faculty; this monitoring includes the students' integration in the research teams. The EU R&D centres provide incentives to students to submit their work to academic events, extension events or for publication.
