Teaching Methods

The methodologies used will be essentially active and participatory.
As this is a theoretical-practical course, however, it should be noted that the practical component will be very strong, as the aim is for students to be able to integrate the theoretical domains from the practical experiences of the game situations that will be proposed to them.
They will be asked to carry out theoretical and practical work, in the form of group and pair projects, where the reflective and questioning dimension is present.
In strictly theoretical areas, reading sheets/small thematic assignments will be chosen, which will be presented and discussed in in pairs.
Audiovisual resources will be used as complementary means of presenting theoretical content and as paradigmatic examples of artistic and theatrical projects.

Assessment

Considering the specific nature of the work in the course, continuous assessment is strongly encouraged. More than any specific skill, what is important, in addition to mastering the theoretical content covered, is an attitude of availability, active investment and questioning of the practical proposals presented.
In this sense, the participation and discussion of and with students is a necessity in the teaching-learning process.
Assessment should be the result of various moments/tests:
- Development and presentation of group work projects (2 moments) - 30%
- Preparation and presentation of a reading sheet/thematic work (group of 2 students) - 30%
- Participation in work - 30%
- Report/logbook (critical analysis and applied reflection on the content developed) and Attendance - 10%
