Teaching Methods

Classes have a weekly session of 180 min in the typology of seminar. Thus, the classes are intended to organize the work of students in the study of a theme or a set of related topics, so that they can obtain a deeper knowledge of these topics through research, documentary research, observation and participated debate.
Guest lecturers, specialists in these themes, are expected to participate in the approach to the various themes.

Assessment

In the continuous evaluation regime (the recommended regime) the evaluation will focus on two components:
T1 (30%) Individual: Synthesis/Critical report on two of the themes addressed
T2 (70%) Group work: Development of one of the themes or related themes, with research and analysis of research carried out in the educational context, reflecting on the pedagogical implications that the results of these studies may produce for the development and / or innovation of professional practice of PE teachers. This work will be presented and discussed in class

In the system of final assessment:
T1 (60%) Written assessment test
T2 (40%) Individual: Development of one of the themes or a related theme, with research and analysis of research carried out in an educational context, reflecting on the pedagogical implications that the results of these studies may produce for the development and / or innovation of professional practice of teacher of PE

Approval with a final mark of at least 10 val.
