This course aims to provide the necessary knowledge to understand masters and deepening the discussion on
the theoretical and methodological specificity inter, multi and trans -disciplinary planning and evaluation of
programs and development projects and also sensitize them to the development of attitude opening of critical
thinking in the formulation of problems and planning instruments in this area .
The objectives are:
1. Examining concepts conceptual and methodological tools of trans inter -disciplinary analysis , and multi and
critical reflection on situations and problems ;
2 . Study and examine concepts and objectives of the processes of planning and evaluation of development
programs and projects ;
3 . Promote learning of the methodological contents necessary to the planning, design and evaluation of
programs and projects ;
4 . Study and analyze the various stages of the process and strategies for evaluating programs and projects.

Teaching Methods
Classes are essentially discussion forum focusing on the debate and all methods that allow and encourage the
active participation of the masters. The sessions aim to provoke discussion and reflection on a particular
theme and are intended to provide a master's degree to further reflection on concepts, approaches and
methodologies for the evaluation of programs and projects. In this sense, emphasis is placed on the conduct
of various sessions of learning through presentations and psychosocial interaction methodologies
(brainstorming and discussion forums), supported by, or with audio-visual, bibliographic support, press
clippings, and other electronic media static and virtual (internet). Approach aimed at strengthening the
practical application of program content, develop some of the sessions under the collective workshop format
(streamlined by invited experts) and also study visits.
