In general terms, the aim is to consolidate critical research methodologies, highlighting the problems and debates surrounding the different contents in the field of archaeology and fostering the ability to transmit, orally and in writing, the results of the research carried out.

2. Practical methodologies for analysing the territory
3. Laboratory methodologies for the analysis and treatment of archaeological materials
4. Attitude, innovation and creativity.

Teaching Methods

This UC's teaching methodologies are based on the consolidation of archaeological methodologies, depending on the themes that each student intends to develop in their research, guided from the outset by one of the lecturers.
It is based on a critical discussion between the students and lecturers of the UC of the research project proposal to be carried out by each student, with a view to defining the work plan and preparing the grounds to be presented for the registration of the Thesis.

Assessment

The (qualitative) assessment results from the presentation of the work programme and its presentation/discussion in the classroom by each student OR the presentation of the research proposal at a specialised congress.
