Course Overview

This course aims to provide students with knowledge of the concepts of tree, stand and forest systems as well as to characterize stands and forest systems, to know the techniques of regeneration and installation and the techniques of production regulation from the conceptualization of the management of trees and stands in each of the forest systems in a dynamic perspective. With this conceptualization of management, the student should acquire skills in the hierarchy of management objectives and in the preparation and analysis of forest management plans from an ecological and economic perspective.
