Course Overview
This course provides students with comprehensive knowledge of management tools and techniques, making their transition to the job market easier. The aim is to train qualified senior staff members to carry out roles in the different functional areas of organisations, preparing them to meet the various requirements of organisational management, in particular the ability to handle complex problems.
