Teaching Methods

Association of the presentation of concepts and conceptual approaches, for expository method, the characterization and reflection on experiences, active participation by students.
Presentation and analysis of case studies to validate some of the methods, techniques and tools used in the design and implementation of various policies of HRM.
The teaching staff will use the platform of e-learning at the University of Évora (Moodle).
Evaluation
1. An individual work / test that consist of the critical analysis of a case study, 40%.
2. A written work group (3 elements). Should be formulated in the form of scientific paper and should not exceed 17 pages and consist of a point in the development of Module 4, seeking to associate the clarification of concepts and theoretical approaches used for observation of a concrete situation. This element requires the presentation of the assessment work for all elements involved in it, 60%.
