Este estudo tem como objetivo, delinear de que forma foi percetível pelo paciente a comunicação no ato médico em um atendimento virtual. Neste estudo foram recolhidos dados em uma população de pacientes inscritos na consulta de Imunoalergologia de um Hospital Publico em Elvas, Alentejo. O universo dos pacientes foi dos que tiveram atendimento no período de janeiro a março de 2021, em um total de 290 que atendesse ao objetivo do estudo. Foi efetuado um estudo do tipo transversal, em um único momento, em um período delimitado de tempo, sem seguimento do tipo qualitativo e quantitativo e descritivo, com base nos dados recolhidos através de questionários. Como variantes a serem analisadas tivemos: o sexo, idade, escolaridade meio tecnológico usado, a perceção de cada um e a sua recomendação ou não do ato médico virtual. Com relação a idade foi apresentada uma certa homogeneidade. No item escolaridade uma percentagem pequena de inquiridos com alguma dificuldade no uso das novas tecnologias. Predomínio de residentes no Alentejo e do sexo feminino. A satisfação de uma forma geral neste tipo de atendimento foi boa, com predomino pelo zoom na sua maioria, e foram visíveis o grau de satisfação no atendimento, o que leva a sua recomendação; ABSTRACT: "Communication in the medical act in pandemic times" This study aims to outline how communication was, satisfaction perceived by patients in the context of virtual medical care. Data was collected among patients enrolled in the Immunoallergology consultation of a Public Hospital in Elvas, Alentejo. The number of patients regard those who were cared from January to March 2021, out of a total of 290 that met the objective of the study- a cross-sectional study was carried out, in a delimited period of time, without a qualitative and quantitative and descriptive follow-up period, based on data collected through questionnaires. As variables to be analyzed the study considered: sex, age, education, technological means used, the perception of each patient and their recommendation for the virtual medical act. Regarding age, a certain homogeneity was found. In the education item, a small percentage of respondents struggled with the use of ICT. Furthermore, the study revealed the predominance of Alentejo residents and of female patients. Overall, satisfaction with this type of service was good, particularly with regards with zoom, which leads to its recommendation.
