Summary
The Concilia.UÉ project: Promoting and Developing the Reconciliation of Professional, Personal and Family Life at the University of Évora (Ref. POCI-05-5762-FSE-000323) sought, as explicitly stated in the Notice, to respond to the initiative '3 em Linha' - Programme for the Reconciliation of Professional, Personal and Family Life 2018-2019, specifically with regard to the objectives defined in its Measure 12 (Axis 2 - Reconciling in the Public Administration), with the central objective being to promote, in the Public Administration, the implementation of Management Systems for the Reconciliation of professional, family and personal life, and the respective accredited certification, namely based on the Portuguese standard NP 4552:2016.
Goals, activities and expected/achieved results
Objectives: a) Increasing and diversifying policies for reconciling professional, family and personal life at the University of Évora; b) Diversifying the practices that promote reconciling professional, family and personal life available to University of Évora employees, in order to meet their needs, interests and expectations; c) Raising awareness and training the academic community in reconciling professional, family and personal life and communicating its importance in promoting healthy, balanced and fair lives.

The University of Évora's Work-Life Balance Management System has been certified by the Portuguese Certification Association (APCER) under Portuguese Standard 4552:2022 since July 2023.
