Inclusive Well-Being: Promoting Health in University Life for All
Over three weeks, you will explore how health, well-being, inclusion, and lifestyle habits interact in university life, and how students and institutions can create more supportive, equitable, and sustainable learning environments.
What You Will Learn
- Understand the meaning of health and well-being in university life.
- Identify inclusive strategies to promote mental and physical well-being at the university.
- Build personal and collective actions to create supportive campus environments.
Course Structure
The course is divided into three modules, referred to as Week 1, Week 2, and Week 3. The course includes:
- Selected readings
- Videos
- Student’s testimonies
- Tools to evaluate health habits
- Interactive tools (e.g., forums)
After each module, you will find a quiz to test your knowledge.
