The assessment of the course includes both collective and individual components, in order to ensure a balanced evaluation of the skills acquired.
The main assessment component is the group preparation of a health literacy plan aimed at a previously defined target population. This work, which includes a written report and oral presentation, accounts for 60% of the final grade, with emphasis on theoretical reasoning, definition of objectives, appropriateness of the proposed strategies, and clarity in the structure of the document.
The oral presentation of the plan accounts for 20% of the final assessment, allowing for the evaluation of the ability to synthesise, clarity of presentation, use of appropriate supports, and the group's articulation in communicating the results.
The individual participation component accounts for 20% of the final grade, integrating involvement in the activities of the course unit and the contribution demonstrated to group work (peer assessment).
Students who do not complete one of the continuous assessment components automatically opt for the examination regime, in accordance with the provisions of the UÉ Academic Regulations.
