Sustainable Development Goals
Learning Goals
Provide students with knowledge in the field of eco and bio design methodologies, through the use of learning concepts and design project methods that facilitate the recognition of the nature study as an engine to design innovative solutions.
Skills to be acquired by students:
- Know and understand innovation models in which nature is mater of inspiration for the design solution; - Know and understand design models in which nature is the entity to preserve by design;
- Develop the student's ability to apply eco-bio solutions to innovative design project;
- To promote the student's ability to stay informed about the evolution of eco bio innovations.

Teaching Methods
The classes will be based on the exposure and critical analysis of theoretical and practical content by use of: literature and physical and audiovisual media; exploration of collaborative working methods; the debate on cross-cutting issues to the learning process.
Assessment
In the REGULAR SESSION period, students can choose between two assessment methods: Continuous Assessment or Final Assessment.
1. CONTINUOUS ASSESSMENT METHOD
Assessment components:
Class participation: 20%;
Work developed during time with teacher supervision, which must be submitted to at least one periodic assessment with public disclosure of grades: 40%;
Presentation and defense of the work developed during class, which takes place during the "Regular Session Assessments" period: 40%.
2. FINAL ASSESSMENT METHOD
Work developed during time with teacher supervision: 40%;
Taking an exam based on the content taught: 60%.
