It is intended that students acquire knowledge about the various phases of the project and parts that make up the project, including budgeting, time management and risk management.
Students should contact with practical cases of projects in different areas, in order to consolidate their perception of the requirement necessary for their implementation.

5. Time management in projects
6. Risk management in project management
7. Practical cases in integral water cycle management projects
8. Practical cases in agricultural and efficient use of resources projects
9. Practical cases in basin management and hydrological planning projects
10. Practical cases in hydraulic infrastructures and management of water resources projects.

Teaching Methods

The curricular unit is organized in theoretical classes, practical classes and tutorials.
The theoretical classes aim at the exhibition of concepts and principles, encouraging the research and interpretation of information. The practical classes are intended for the monitoring of case studies and discussion of the solutions found. Students will be actively active, promoting the analysis and discussion of topics.
Evaluation: 1 practical work.
