This curricular unit intends to encourage an open discussion of new organizational and social themes with an impact on the development of human resources and organizational development.

Teaching Methods

Association of the presentation of concepts and conceptual approaches, for expository method with the characterization and reflection on experiences, active participation by students.
Presentation and analysis of case studies and relevant documents to validate some of the methods, techniques and tools used in the design and implementation of various dimensions and issues addressed. We will use the plataform of e-learning Moodle.
This uc will be taught in mixed model combining the theoretical-practice classes with the logic of the seminar according to the four major themes.

Assessment

Continuous evaluation process

An individual work written on the theme "Identification and interpretation of trends in policies and practices of human resource management at european and national level", seeking to associate the clarification of concepts and theoretical approaches used for observation of reality. Should be formulated in the form of a scientific article and must not exceed 20 pages. The oral presentation is mandatory.

Evaluation Regime by Exam
This evaluation regime will consist of a written test on the overall content of the curricular unit, the test will be without consultation and will have a weighting of 100%.
