This course includes the use of advanced technological resources, namely digital environments and technological platforms applied to training. It is based on the view that family planning is a fundamental pillar for sustainable socioeconomic development and the well-being of communities, requiring highly trained professionals for its effective implementation. The training of proficient specialists in this area is essential to ensure that families have access to accurate information, appropriate contraceptive methods, and personalized guidance on reproductive health, enabling informed decisions about the number and spacing of children. In this sense, there is a need to educate and train these professionals in underlying techniques, such as the insertion and removal of subcutaneous implants, to ensure excellence in practice and health gains.
