This intensive course is designed for nursing professionals who aim to enhance their skills in managing human relationships within healthcare contexts. The focus is on understanding and improving interpersonal interactions that significantly affect patients' physical and mental health. Through this course, participants will learn to identify the factors that influence human relationships and develop effective strategies to promote and strengthen interpersonal relationships in hospital and community settings.
