Multifunctional Gardens in Urban Planning II
Curso de Formação
Ano Letivo 2024/2025
Course Overview
Even though gardens generally refer to activities linked to leisure, this does not mean that they have to be strictly related to recreation; they are also fundamental in including ecological, cultural and productive concerns inherent to the landscape. That is, multifunctional gardens can integrate, and be, a structuring continuum that ensures the occurrence of processes and flows of the various systems that build the city's landscape. They can and should also be considered and integrated into city planning processes
