This course focuses on basic knowledge regarding industrial property, addressing this issue in national and international contexts. Structured in 5 sessions, distributed over a total of 16 weeks, the Continuing Education Course in Innovation and Industrial Property in Health will address, in its first session, the theme Innovation and Protection of IP - Methods/Medicines/Devices, in the second session, the Protection and Management of Intellectual Property, in the third, the Valuation and Transfer of Knowledge, in the fourth, the Market Value and Commercialization of IP, and in the fifth and last session, the Unitary Patent.
