Sustainable Development Goals
Learning Goals
Deepen knowledge about collaborative BIM methodologies, working on aspects related to interoperability and standardization. Provide students with a global view of BIM tools for managing construction processes, in terms of design, construction and maintenance. Understand the advantages of using the BIM methodology to support the development of energy performance assessment systems through the creation of the building's energy model (BEM).
Students should understand the importance of this methodology for digitizing the construction sector and its potential to create value, as a result of the interoperability of processes and collaborative work throughout the project.

Teaching Methods
Knowledge will be taught in practical classes, through the exposition of concepts followed by their practical application through concrete examples. The learning process involves the development of a project that will be carried out in class.
Assessment
The assessment is ensured by carrying out a project work (Work). Normal Season: continuous assessment (1.0Work) or final assessment (1.0Work). The special, extraordinary, appeal period evaluation meets the following components: 1.0Work.
